Who Did Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman Sell Their Souls To?

I DEARLY want to know this.  The schizophrenics who wrote Star Trek and Mission Impossible III, and foisted both Transformers movies on us (though I'll cop to really enjoying the first one) are now working on a View-Master movie, according to the good people at I Watch Stuff.  Who do they owe?  And what did they promise the fiend?
