And find out Dollhouse is under threat of being yanked?  This seems unfortunate.  I really, profoundly wish there was a way for the show to survive and continue as a web-only, or web-and-iTunes series, although I imagine the economics of that would be prohibitive, once you cut the revenue from broadcast advertising.  Joss Whedon will probably be the guy to figure out how to make such a concept work on a large scale, though I imagine it's going to have to have production on a vastly more modest basis.  And I imagine it'll be something that has a web-based following first; the drop-off from TV viewers to web would probably be considerable, as it always is when something goes from free to paid, which is what would have to happen.
