Sunshine on a Cloudy Day

I know it's old, but since they used it on some of the trailers for the Fame remake, I've been really digging Sam Sparro's "Black and Gold."  It's got some of the same kinds of nature metaphors that start off "My Girl," but on a bigger scale, and with much, much chillier production.  I'm really into winsomeness, loneliness and vulnerability in my music these days.  And the lyric "If you're not really there, then the stars don't even matter" fits that bill perfectly.  (Also, the video's pretty nifty.  More tuxes, and precision, please.  It's why I dig Ne-Yo.)
